This Privacy Policy describes how Crack & Lie (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the App. The App is operated by Yuta Kimura, an individual developer based in Japan.

We do NOT collect: real name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, analytics events, crash logs, or payment information.
Information is used solely to provide matchmaking, gameplay, rating, and play limit features. We do not use your information for advertising, tracking, or analytics.
During a match, the following is visible to your opponent: your handle, avatar, Elo rating, your guesses, and the results you return. Your secret number is never shared.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Data is stored on Firebase servers (Google Cloud). If you delete and reinstall the App, a new anonymous ID is created and your previous data is no longer linked to you.
Data is retained while your anonymous account is active. To request deletion of your data, contact us at crackandlie.app@gmail.com.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Contact crackandlie.app@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
California residents have the right to know what data is collected and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information. Contact crackandlie.app@gmail.com.
The App is not directed at children under the applicable age requirements in your region. The App has no chat features; the only user-generated content is a chosen handle name.
The App is currently free. If paid features are added in the future, payments will be processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
